The Study Room
1.The Study Rooms are located on the 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th floor of the Main Library and divided to two areas, which are Area A and Area B.
2.Opening Hours

3.You can make one booking at a time for a maximum of 4 hours. Extended use of another 4 hours is allowed only when the space is available and not booked by other users at the time.
4.Your booking will be automatically cancelled if you do not enter the Study Room you have booked within 30 minutes of the booking start time.
5.Please place the ID card under the scanner to enter the Study Room.
6.Foods and drinks are not allowed in the Study Room.
Discussion rooms
1.Two types of Discussion Rooms are provided in the Library. Small Discussion Rooms (capacity for 3 to 6 people) and large Discussion Room (capacity for 6 to 12 people).

3.You can make a reservation on Service Counter for a Discussion Room 7 days before using.
4.You can make one booking at a time for a maximum of 4 hours. Extended use of another 4 hours is allowed only when the space is available and not booked by other users at the time.
5.Your booking will be automatically cancelled if you do not enter the Discussion Room you have booked within 30 minutes of the booking start time.
6.Please place the ID card under the scanner to enter the Discussion Room.

Multimedia Room

1.Patrons need to reserve for a Multimedia Room 10 days before using by online reservation. Please arrive on time, or your reservation will be cancelled.
2.Multimedia materials are stored in 4th floor. If you would like to borrow them, Please contact the Service Counter.
