About Antivirus Software

In 2024, the Computer Center signed a campus-wide license agreement with Trend Micro for antivirus software. Therefore, any faculty, staff, or student can download and install the antivirus software via the internet while on campus, providing the essential and most important personal computer protection mechanism.

Available Versions

School Public Computer Installation Version

• Antivirus Central Management System version, recommended for installation on school administrative, research, and computer lab computers.
• If there is a software update for this version, it can be updated uniformly by the server.
• Antivirus Program Download: ApexOne_Central Management Version for Win64-bit, Win32-bit.
• Antivirus Program Content: This version includes basic antivirus, intrusion protection, and web control features.

Personal Computer Installation Version

• Standalone installation version, recommended for installation on personal computers in student dormitories or those with enabled restore functions.
• If there is a software update for this version, you will need to download and reinstall it manually.
• Antivirus Program Download: ApexOne_Standalone Version.
• Antivirus Software Modules (Optional Installation) - This version includes basic antivirus, intrusion protection, and web control features.
