Hello to all doctoral and master's students:

  • You can now begin to submit your thesis and complete the departure procedure for the second semester of the 112th academic year (2024 Spring). Please refer to the departure notice [LINK] from the Office of Academic Affairs.
  • Please refer to the Graduate Students Graduation Area [LINK] for Instructions for Thesis Submission, 112 Academic Year's first Semester (2023 Fall).
  • The thesis submission briefing for this semester is scheduled for June 2024.
After the 'Thesis Submission Orientation,' please stay tuned for updates.

Dear PhD and Master's students,

To help our graduate students understand the format specifications for writing a thesis, the thesis review process, electronic file data creation, electronic submission of the full text and authorization form, and the procedures for submitting the thesis to the library upon graduation, the library will be hosting two Thesis Submission Briefing sessions in November. Please register to attend one of the sessions if you will graduate in the 1st semester of 112 academic year.

Please follow the schedule provided and complete all necessary steps promptly, as late submissions will not be accepted.

Your department name must appear as listed below on the

  1. Front Cover (and Spine)
  2. Inside Cover
  3. Recommendation Letter from the Thesis Advisor
  4. Thesis/Dissertation Oral Defense Committee Certification

of your thesis.
